THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Our booking platform, Momence, and payment processor Stripe, securely manage and process Member data on behalf of M&L Pilates.

• Momence: Manages bookings, communications, and storage of personal and health information.

• Stripe: Processes payments securely.

Both providers operate internationally and apply industry-standard security practices.

 

DATA RETENTION & DELETION

• Retention: We retain personal and health information only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Accounts inactive for over three years may be deleted.

• Deletion Requests: Members may request deletion of their personal information by contacting hello@mlpilates.com. We will coordinate with Momence to ensure all relevant data is removed, subject to legal retention requirements.

• Periodic Review: Data is regularly reviewed and deleted when no longer required.
